The Fast and the Furious Gomovies,This movie is very hyped in the car scene, so I went to watch it. It felt very of its time, like a late 90s rap video. However, it was exciting, occasionally funny, and has a certain nostalgic appeal. However the story is pretty simple, the acting is often wooden, and it is often over the top and cheesy, although most of the effects still look nice today. There is also no doubting it’s influence. It has been described as ‘fast food for the eyes’ and it certainly feels that way; something you watch when you’re bored or meeting up with friends, but not on a special occasion. If you like cars, speed, loud music, and scantily clad women this certainly is certainly for you. Just don’t expect a masterpiece
